What is the STABIL-LOC piering system?
STABIL-LOC is an engineered hydraulic steel pier system that permanently stabilizes settling foundations. Will my homeowner's insurance cover foundation repair?
In most cases homeowner’s insurance does not cover foundation repair caused by settling or soil movement, as these are considered maintenance issues rather than sudden damage.
